MOSQUITO AND FLYING MIDGE SERVICES

Don't let your summer of outdoor fun and entertaining get spoiled by mosquitoes, no-see-ums and midges. Clarke can help you and your family enjoy being outside all season long. We use only products registered by the EPA for use in residential areas and around homes to provide you quick, effective results.

MULTI-APPLICATION

From a small backyard to properties over 5 acres, Clarke will customize a treatment that is suited to the size of your property, including the type and amount of vegetation on the property. You have the option to choose from 3 to 15 treatments. Application methods can include a backpack perimeter treatment to foliage and/or an all-terrain vehicle ultra-low volume (ULV) misting of your property to repel and control adult mosquitoes and midges.

If you're planning an outdoor wedding, graduation, mitzvah, family reunion or just a backyard barbecue, Clarke can help make your special event a success. We'll customize a solution based on your specific needs and treat the area to keep mosquitoes under control.

How It Works:

All applications create a barrier that controls mosquitoes and midges throughout your property and also prevents re-infestation, knocking down and repelling these insects for up to 7 days.

A Clarke technician uses a power backpack blower to treat the natural vegetation around your house and perimeter of your estate; when mosquitoes come in contact with the vegetation, they die. This treatment is also known as harborage adulticiding.

Depending on the size of your property, we may also include an ultra-low-volume (ULV) application to kill flying mosquitoes. With this treatment, we'll either walk your property with a handheld spray applicator or use an all-terrain vehicle (equipped with turf-sensitive tires to protect your lawn) mounted with a small ULV unit.

Whichever method is used, all products are applied in compliance with state and federal EPA regulations.

1. How does Multi-Application scheduling work?

You can set your own dates, or let us do it for you. Scheduling a service depends on the time of the season. During holidays and weekends, we advise that you call to schedule well in advance to receive a preferred time slot.

2. How soon before my event can you treat my property?

Tell us the date and we can be there the day before or the day of the event. Whatever is more convenient for you. Check with Clarke for scheduling options »

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, or we can invoice you.

4. How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the size and nature of your property, the treatment may take anywhere from a few minutes to one hour.

5. How long does the treatment last?

The duration of the service is weather dependent. Generally, service appointments last approximately 5 - 7 days.

6. Do I need to be home when the service is being completed?

No. Our crews are instructed to check in with the customer, unless otherwise specified, and will leave a doorknocker or email verification upon completion. If you have any areas of concern, please leave a message attached to the door so that the technicians will be aware of your concerns.
